Privacy Policy
Last updated November 6, 2026
Summit City Digital Solutions LLC ("we") runs summitcitydigital.com and the websites we build for our clients. This policy explains what information we handle and why. Short version: we collect only what we need to do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number and whatever you write to us.
- When you buy: billing is handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and payment status, but not your full card number.
- Public business information: to build demos we use information businesses publish themselves, such as business name, phone number, service area and public Google reviews.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the sites. We don't use advertising trackers on summitcitydigital.com.
Forms on client websites
Quote and contact forms on sites we build send the visitor's message (such as name, phone and job details) to the business that owns the site, through a form-delivery service. That business decides how to use it. We don't use those messages for anything else.
How we use information
To build and run websites, reply to you, send invoices and service emails, and keep the records the law requires. If we email a business about a demo, every message says how to opt out, and we honor opt-outs right away.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Zoho for email, and our form-delivery service), or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep information while we're working with you and for as long as tax or legal records require. To see, correct or delete information we hold about you, email hello@getsummitcitydigital.com or call (260) 348-9046.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
